  • Virtual Immersion with Local Mentor for Business Validation:
    Startups will virtually meet 1-on-1 with their assigned local mentors (2 mentors/startup) based in Germany to pitch their solutions and validate their Product Market Fit strategy.

  • Online Workshop & Mentor Feedback:
    Following the virtual immersion sessions, GEA will run a workshop session on Developing a GTM Strategy where startups will be able to leverage on their recent product & solution validation and begin charting a GTM strategy for Germany.
Validation Trip

Physical Trip to Munich:
  • Once arriving in Munich, startups will receive an introduction to the local business ecosystem & in-market experts who will guide the startups in their exploration of business opportunities in Germany. Startups will undergo an immersion tour to key innovation & startup ecosystem players in Munich (3 locations).
  • Startups will have 1-on-1 B2B meetings with stakeholders from public and private sector including government, NGOs, corporates, investors, SMEs, startups, incubators, global accelerators, funding agencies, co-working spaces, etc. (up to 4 per startup). Success of B2B meetings is subject to the startup’s preparedness & readiness of their offerings.
  • Startups will also undergo a personalised 1-on-1 review of insights and learnings from the trip, sharing of feedback and recommendations to the startups on how to strengthen their business readiness for expansion to Germany, and discuss further support available.
Reporting and Tracking:
  • Post-physical validation trip, GEA will conclude with post-programme reporting on the cohort’s progress within 2 weeks.
  • Startups will also get access to German Entrepreneurship’s startup alumni global community via Slack where they can leverage for crowdsourced support on Sales & Marketing, Fundraising, Strategy, HR, etc.
  • GEA will continue to conduct periodical check-ins with the startups on their market expansion activities whereby the startups may also engage with German Entrepreneurship separately to receive further guidance by our programme team and mentors to address readiness gaps, increase market preparedness and access more B2B opportunities.
Closing Ceremony

  • Company Showcase - The companies showcase is to highlight companies and partners collaborations during the time of programme. The showcase will be pre-recorded and broadcasted publicly to announce the products to the public.
  • Networking Session - The networking sessions will invite our networks from the private sector, VCs, or Government agencies partners to further look at collaborations after the products are established.

MRANTI, MyStartup Hub Programme Is Offering Incentives Worth USD 5,750 To Selected Global Startups Under The MyStartup Hub Programme!
Stage 0: Access To Malaysia Programme Cost Is USD 1500.
How can I claim the Incentive?

After Stage 0, if your company chooses to proceed with the programme in Malaysia, upon fulfilling the following commitments,

  • SSM registration with paid up capital and,
  • Hire more than 3 local talents

You may apply to claim the incentives. Upon approval, MRANTI shall grant the  Stage 2 Talent Hiring Incentive (USD 750) + Stage 3 Market Access Programme (worth USD 3,500) to you.

Note: MRANTI will provide guidance and assistance to fulfill the requirement 1 & 2. Once you have completed Stage 1 & Stage 2 you will be subjected to approval to go through Stage 3 which will be fully sponsored by MRANTI. Stage 3 incentive cannot be claimed in the form of cash.
